Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as aguest. However, creating an account helps youtrack your orders, save your address, and enjoy faster checkoutin future.
How do I /create an account?
To create an account:
- Click on the Account icon on the top right corner of the website.
- Select Sign Up / Create Account .
- Enter your email address, name, and password .
- Click Create Account .
Once registered, you can log in anytime to view your orders and update your profile.
How do I order?
- Browse products and select the item you want to purchase.
- Choose customization options if applicable.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Review your cart and click Checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping details, then choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept multiple payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- Net Banking / UPI
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- COD (Cash on Delivery) for select locations
All payments are secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
- Orders can only be amended or cancelled before processing begins .
- For customized orders, once production starts, cancellation or changes are not possible .
- Contact our Customer Support immediately if you need to make changes.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
- Enter your discount code in the coupon / promo code field during checkout.
- Click Apply , and the discount will reflect in your order total.
- One code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email with order details
- SMS / WhatsApp update if opted-in
You can also track your order through your account or using the tracking ID provided after shipment.
I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?
If you face issues adding products:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Ensure your browser is up to date
- Clear cache and cookies
- Contact our Customer Support via email or WhatsApp for assistance
