  • For bulk orders , shipping charges may vary.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time for non-customized products: 5–7 business days .

  • Delivery time for customized/corporate orders: 7–14 business days , depending on order size and customization requirements.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete .
