RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – OffiStore India®

At OffiStore India® , customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Customized & Personalized Products

  • All customized or personalized products (e.g., logo-branded pens, diaries, T-shirts, mugs, gift combos) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable .

  • This is because these products are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective , please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage/defect along with your order details.

  • Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

3. Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product or incorrect customization due to our error, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • OffiStore India® will correct the mistake at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized corporate gifts, bulk orders, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange .

  • This includes products where your logo, design, or text has been applied.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support through email or contact form within the specified time.

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange .

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process if applicable.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method .

  • Shipping charges for returns caused by customer error are non-refundable .

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • For defective or incorrect products caused by OffiStore India®, we cover return shipping costs .

  • For non-defective items (if eligible), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
